Microchip Electrophoresis Bundle (Model ER455)
■The ER455 bundle is a system for microchip electrophoresis experiments. It includes the C4D Data System, High Voltage Sequencer (HVS), the chip platform, chips and documented test solutions. It is must be use with either the ET145-4 or ET190-2 chips. The bundle also includes PowerChrom software for data collection and analysis, and QuadSequencer software for controlling the HVS unit.
■The ER430 is a four channel HVS unit for experiments with floating, gated or pinched injections.
■Capacitively-Coupled Contactless Conductivity Detection (C4D) can be used for virtually all charged species: inorganic anions and cations, as well as organic ions, such as salts of carboxylic acids, amines, amino acids, peptides, proteins, DNA fragments, antibiotics and many other pharmaceutical compounds.
