QI1200 Bakeable Sensor Head

●Our Bakeable Sensor heads are typically used for UHV and High Temp processess (up to 300 degrees C). The bakeable sensor head is typically TIG welded to a rotatable ConFlat flange. A 1" baseplate bolt is available but the Viton o-ring limits the max temp to 205 C. The coax electrical connection is sealed inside a rigid 3/16" OD stainless steel tube. The cooling tubes are 3/16" OD to maximize cooling capacity. These sensors are built to order with the customer selecting the feed through type and specifying lengths.Fil-Tech, Inc.
