RS5AP6021, RS5AP6022, RS5AP6024 Low-power and Low-Voltage Rail to Rail Operational Amplifier
●The RS5AP602X family of single-, dual-, and quad-channel operational amplifiers is specifically designed for general-purpose applications. Featuring rail-to-rail input and output (RRIO) swings, low quiescent current (18μA, typical), wide bandwidth (0.5MHz), and low noise (27nV/√Hz at 1kHz), this family is attractive for a variety of applications that require a good balance between cost and performance, such as consumer electronics, smoke detectors, and white goods. The low-input-bias current (±1.0pA, typical) enables the RS5AP602X to be used in applications with megaohm source impedances.
●The robust design of the RS5AP602X provides ease-of- use to the circuit designer: unity-gain stability with capacitive loads of up to 150pF, integrated RF/EMI rejection filter, no phase reversal in overdrive conditions, and high electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection (4-kV HBM).
●The devices are optimized for operation at voltages as low as 2.1V (±1.05V) and up to 5.5V (±2.75V), and are specified over the extended temperature range of –40℃ to +125℃.
●The single-channel RS5AP6021 is available in SOT23-5 packages. The dual-channel RS5AP6022 is available in SOIC-8, MSOP-8, and DFN2X2-8 packages, and the quad- channel RS5AP6024 is offered in a TSSOP-14 and SOP-14 package.
