REAL -TIME CLOCK IC－SD8564
■SD8564 is a real-time clock chip with a standard IIC interface, MCU can use the interface to read and write the data of the on-chip 16-byte registers (including time registers, alarm registers, control registers, etc.) through a four-bit address.
■The SD8564 has built-in a single timer/alarm interrupt output, and the alarm interrupt can be set up to one month.
■The SD8564 has a separate frequency pulse output pin.

■Low power consumption: 0.4μA typical (VDD =3.0V, Ta=25°C).
■Operating voltage: 1.5V~5.5V; Clock voltage: 1.0V~5.5V.

■Standard IIC bus interface, maximum speed 400KHz (4.5V~5.5V).
■BCD code input/output for year, month, day of the week, hour, minute, second, and the highest bit of each alarm register is the alarm enable bit
■Leap year automatic adjustment (from 2000 to 2099); Century flag bit.

■Built-in 4-byte alarm registers for day、week、hour and minute, and the highest bit of each alarm register is an alarm enable bit;
■Auto reset 8-bit countdown timer, 4 clock sources (4096Hz, 64Hz, 1Hz, 1/60Hz) output selectable.
■Alarm interrupt and countdown interrupt can be selected from the INT pin output, and has two interrupt flag bits.
■Periodic frequency interrupt output pin FREQ: 32768Hz, 1024Hz, 32Hz, 1Hz four kinds of square wave pulses can be selected.
■Built-in IIC bus 0.5 seconds automatic reset function (from the Start command), to ensure the clock data validity and reliability, and avoid the IIC bus hanging.
■Built-in clock data write-protection function to avoid accidental write operations on the data, which can better protect the clock data.
■Built-in crystal, High frequency accuracy:±5ppm at 25°C.
■Built-in power-on reset circuit with power-on and off-set flag bits OSF.
■Built-in power supply regulator, internal clock voltage can be as low as 1.0V.
