■Solid State System SSS6137 USB 3.2 Gen 1 controller is single flash channel solution designed explicitly to support 3D NAND-type flash. With advanced ECC correction ability, and abundant NAND technology knowledge, the controller ensures the highest reliability of NAND management. SSS6137 controller delivers high data transfer rates with integrated 32 bit compatible microprocessor and support of DDR NAND. SSS6137 controller is compliant with USB 3.2 Gen 1 specification, and is backward compatibility with 1.1/ 2.0. SSS6137 controller is designed to be a reliable chip which supports all kinds of flash with high data integrity and high stability.
