HL85109L Automotive Single Channel 90mΩ Low Side Switch
■The HL85109L is a single-channel, low side power switch with an integrated NMOS power FET.
■The device also equipment thermal shutdown function at overtemperature and overload occurs. Output current limitation protects the devices in an overload condition. In case of long duration overload, the devices limit the dissipated power to a safe level up to thermal shutdown intervention. Thermal shutdown, with automatic restart, allows the devices to recover normal operation as soon as a fault condition disappears. Fast demagnetization of inductive loads is achieved at turn-off.
■The HL85109L can be used as a low-side power switch for resistive or inductive loads with one side connected to the battery.
■This device operates over a -40 ℃ to +150 ℃ junction temperature.
■HL85109L is available in a SO-8 package.
