●The Kaye ValProbe Reader Family (Reader II and Single Reader) and Non-Cryo ValProbe Standard Data Loggers have served as a reliable and efficient solution for Kaye ValProbe validation systems for 21 years. However, due to technological advancement and changes in the industry, we will cease selling this product after December 31, 2023. After this date, Kaye will continue to offer service, calibration, repairs, and replacements for up to 5 years
depending on parts availability.
●While we retire this product, we are excited to introduce its replacement, the ValProbe RT system, which offers enhanced features and improved performance. The ValProbe RT system offers both real time and non-real time with a simple software selection. Our sales team will be happy to provide you with more information and assist
you in transitioning to this next generation product.
●We understand that this news may bring about concerns or questions regarding the impact of your operations. We assure you that our team is committed to supporting you through this transition period, seamlessly adopting to the ValProbe RT system. To make this transition easier you can upgrade some of your current ValProbe loggers to ValProbe RT. We continue to appreciate your trust in our products and services, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by this obsolescence notice.
