●资料的目标用户应为技术熟练的开发人员，供其使用 SOUTHCHIP 的产品进行设计。南芯可能会向客户提供技术支持或设计服务，但对此不承担任何的质量或质保责任。下列情形应由客户独立承担责任：(1)挑选和使用合适的南芯产品用于您的应用，(2)设计、验证和测试您的应用，以及(3)确保您的应用符合适用的标准、和任何其他安全、安保要求或其它要求。客户因使用相应的资料而引起的任何索赔、损害、费用、损失、责任，南芯不承担任何责任。
●南芯的样品均为“按现状”提供，且仅能用于设计、验证和测试之目的，南芯保留随时对南芯的产品和/或资料进行更改、更正、增强、修改和改进而无需事先通知的权利。客户在量产、使用或分销其含有南芯产品的任何产品前，应获取南芯产品的最新相关信息，并对该等产品进行全面和充分的测试，以评估产品是否达到量产、质量或安全之目的。如未采用安全设计，使用南芯产品的风险将完全由客户自行承担，但所适用的法律和法规就产品责任的限制另有规定的除外。
●Southchip Semiconductor Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (“SOUTHCHIP”) provides technical and reliability data (including datasheets), design resources (including reference designs, software), application or other design advice and other resources (“Resources”) “AS IS” AND WITH ALL FAULTS.
●The Resources are intended for skilled developers designing with SOUTHCHIP’s products. SOUTHCHIP may provide but DISCLAIMS WARRANTY FOR SOUTHCHIP’s technical support or design services for the customers. Customers are solely responsible for (1) selecting and using the appropriate SOUTHCHIP’s products for your application, (2) designing, validating and testing your application, and (3) ensuring your application meets applicable standards, and any other safety, security, or other requirements. SOUTHCHIP DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FOR any claims, damages, costs, losses, liabilities arising out of Customers’ use of the Resources.
●SOUTHCHIP’s sample products are provided “AS IS” and only for purposes of designing, validating and testing. SOUTHCHIP reserves the right to make changes, corrections, enhancements, modifications and improvements to SOUTHCHIP’s products and/or to the Resources at any time without notice. Customers shall, prior to, mass producing, using or distributing any products of their own that incorporate SOUTHCHIP’s products, obtain the latest relevant information on SOUTHCHIP’s products and thoroughly test such products for purposes of mass production, quality and safety. Use of SOUTHCHIP’s products without a safety design is fully at the risk of Customers, subject only to applicable laws and regulations governing limitations on product liability.
