Type CH84 High Voltage Capacitors
■Type CH84 Capacitors offer superior electrical characteristics coupled with small size. Type CH84 Capacitors are wound with a compound film dielectric between sheets of Aluminum Foil. They are impregnated; silicon rubber filled, and sealed in a tough plastic case. Type CH84 Capacitors are designed for wide range of uses including power supply filtering, voltage multipliers, bypass, coupling, and suppression.

■CAPACITANCE: 0.0001 ~ 1 uF
■TOLERANCE: ± 10% (Standard)
■RATED VOLTAGE: 10,000 to 160,000 VDC
■TEMPERATURE RANGE: -25°C ~ +85°C
■DISSIPATION FACTOR: Less than 0.005
■INSULATION RESISTANCE: Greater than 200,000 MegOhms
■IMPREGNATION: Silicon Rubber Sealant.
■CASE: Polypropylene / Polyethylene Tube.
■TERMINAL: Male (metric) screw terminal on one end, female on the other
■DIELECTRIC: Polypropylene and Polyester Combination
■TEST VOLTAGE (T-T): ≤ 20KV: 150% of rated voltage (1 minute @ room temperature) >20KV, 120% of rated voltage (1 minute @ room temperature)
■MOUNTING POSTION: All type CH84 capacitors will operate satisfactorily mounted in any position
