R100 Depaneling Router

■The R100 is a high speed table top PCB router with built in dust extraction channels. This tool is intended to be used to finish singulating tab routed PCB panels by manual operation. For round panels two guide pins can be set along the radious of the panel to keep the panel on the routed path while the tab is milled. Tabs on straight routed panels can be milled in a straight line by lining up two pins and the router bit. A quick adjustable T-Slide can be mounted on the rotating plate to help the operator keep the panel steady during PCB separation of in-line tabs.
■To operate, switch on the machine and set the speed to 30,000 rpm. The router can be set to automatic or foot pedal operation. Using the foot pedal allows the operator to run the router at each tab. Place the tab between the front or back guide pin and the router bit and move the tab past the router bit.
■The standard machine comes with one set of guide pins and the desired router bit for routing .092” or .064” routed channels. Other sizes are also available.The height of the router bit is adjustable by means of a crank on the side of the machine which brings the entire spindle up or down. Bit replacement is done quickly by bringing the spindle up from the machine.
