Model D-130 Externally Modulated DFB Source Product Specifications

●CSI model D-130 is a self-contained DFB laser integrated with an EA modulator (EML) and packaged with a modulator driver optimized for high data rate modulation up to 12.5 Gbps. The unit is easily modulated by a pattern generator for testing the performance of optoelectronic components such as photodetectors and receivers. D-130 is powered by a wall plug unit (included). Data input is through a 50-ohm SMA connector, and the optical port is an FC single mode connector. There are three potentiometers for adjusting eye amplitude, crossing and extinction ratio.
