●To complement the existing Open Range EW Threat Emitters, Textron Systems Electronic Systems now offers a Laser Threat Emitter that stimulates Laser Warning Receivers (LWR) to train aircrew or to test and evaluate an aircraft’s defense systems against Laser Beam Rider (LBR), Laser Designator (LD), and Laser Ranger Finder (LRF) threats. The Phantom-LL2 has been designed to provide synchronized dual band laser threat signature to stimulate the aircraft’s laser warning systems. Training aircrew to counter maneuver a laser threat is considered essential to survival and in-air training. The Phantom-LL2 can be deployed either on a shoulder or tripod mount.
