●On site chemical blending provides an opportunity to optimize process chemistry and protect proprietary chemical blends.
●To maintain process control, each one of the blended chemicals can be tested independently to verify quality before proceeding with the blending process. Trouble shooting the process is much easier when the chemical components can be tested independently.
●An onsite blending system reduces the cost associated with custom blended chemistries. Each chemical component can be purchased in bulk to reduce cost and maintain control.
●Specialty Plastics & Fabrication has provided blending systems for many of the leading companies in semiconductor manufacturing. The blending and chemical deliveries systems have been used for slurry in CMP processes, proprietary etch processes and cleaning chemistries.
