■WTK6900FC is an artificial intelligence chip designed specifically for voice processing. This chip is based on the most advanced deep neural network (DNN-HMM) technology for speech recognition, providing high recognition rate, real-time performance, local and cloud integration, and highly integrated voice recognition and processing capabilities. It can achieve specific intelligent voice interaction effects such as semantic recognition. At the same time, the chip has the control and computing capabilities of a regular MCU, enabling various communication and control applications.
■In terms of applications, this chip can support local voice detection and wake-up, support offline 5-8 meters far-field recognition, and three hundred offline command phrases. The chip can push commands to the original host device through UART, enabling a simple voice interaction interface. This chip solution also supports multiple global languages such as Chinese, English, and Japanese, and can be widely used in home appliances, lighting, toys, wearable devices, industrial, automotive, and other product fields, realizing voice interaction, control, and various intelligent voice application solutions.

■Kernel and storage: The CPU frequency can reach up to 220 MHz; built-in 2MBytes Flash memory; built-in 640KBytes SRAM; built-in 512bit eFuse, which can be used for application encryption.
■AI Algorithm: BNPU V3, supports neural networks such as DNN, TDNN, RNN, CNN, etc., and parallel vector operations. It can achieve functions like speech recognition, self-learning of command words, speech detection, and deep learning noise reduction.
■Audio Codec: High-performance low-power audio ADC, SNR ≥ 95dB; low-power audio DAC, SNR ≥ 95dB.
■Audio interface: 1 channel IIS interface, supports master-slave configuration; 1 channel dual-channel PDM interface.
■ADC and PWM: Built-in 1-channel 12-bit SAR ADC; Supports 6-channel PWM interface.
■GPIO: 10 high-speed GPIOs with a response rate of up to 20MHz; among them, 7 GPIOs support 5V input.
■Reset and Power Management: Built-in Power Management Unit (PMU); PMU Input Voltage Range: 3.6V to 5.5V; Built-in Power-On Reset (POR); Built-in Voltage Detection (PVD).
■Clock: It is equipped with an internal RC oscillator and also supports an external crystal oscillator. Developers can choose to use either the internal RC oscillator or an external crystal as the clock source for the chip, depending on their application requirements.
■Communication interface: 1 IIC interface; 3 UART interfaces, supporting 5V communication, with a maximum speed of 3Mbps.
■Timers and watchdogs: built-in 4 groups of 32-bit timers and 2 groups of watchdogs.
■Package: SSOP24; Operating Environment Temperature: -40°C to 85°C.
