VERAK® INOX 19” AISI 316 Stainless steel rackmount cabinet
●TECHNICAL FEATURES
■VERAK® INOX cabinets are designed for applications requiring an oxidation and corrosion resistant cabinet. AISI 316 stainless steel construction offers superior resistance even in particularly reducing or highly saline environments such as those characteristic of the paper, chemical, food or naval industries. VERAK® INOX has a RAL 7035 finish with polystyrene paint that offers greater resistance to chemical agents and in the standard version it has IP54 protection. The structural elements and options available are the same as those of the VERAK® IP series. The 2 mm steel framework gives VERAK® exceptional strength and rigidity, rated at 1000 Kg. The doors, available in glass or metal option, can be left or right hinged without interfering with the IP sealing. The unique design of the closing mechanism, which includes a seal wedge, ensures the integrity of sealing systems. A swing handle controls a 4-points locking system holding the proper pressure on the seals. Optional rear 5U panels filtered or with forced ventilation, fitted above or below shortened rear door are designed to create an air flow inside the cabinet for dissipation of the heat generated by the installed equipment. In this case the IP protection rate is downgraded to IP54. VERAK® IP INOX can also be provided with a “pre-installed” side or top air conditioning unit with dissipation power rate starting from 500W up to 6/7KW.

●Static load rating of 1000 Kg uniformly distributed;
●Adjustable 19” panel mounting angles at the front and at the rear compliant to IEC60297 norms;
●19” side reducing cable channel (800 mm cabinet width) for vertical cable management designed to support cable management accessories;
●Front metal framed glass door and single rear metal door, swing handle with manual key lock end 4 points closing system. Metal front door as option;
●Easily removable side panels with captive screw fasteners;
●100 mm optional plinth;
●Adjustable feet;
●Castors up to 250 Kg as optional;
●Additional bay version settled for bayed cabinet;
●Designed to mount the earth continuity kit according to EN 60950 norms.
