IMAGE® IP30 19” Multi-application cabinet with IP30 protection rate
●TECHNICAL FEATURES
■IMAGE® IP30 is a versatile multi-applications cabinet featuring IP30 environmental protection. The cabinet is formed by 2 vertical welded frames and top/bottom covers. IMAGE® IP30 has a steel construction to guaranty a maximum static load rating of 500 Kg uniformly distributed. The easily removable side panels are provided with external locks and with a system that protects from accidental fall during their removal (safety). The 19′′ panel mounting angles are fixed through side panel mount supports that allow adjustable positioning in the depth of the cabinet, suitable for most of the 19” standard equipment. The doors, in their available options, are equipped with single central key lock, can be hinged on the right or on the left side and can be equipped with a swing handle and with an automatic or manual key alike lock. The top cover is designed to fit “zero U” ventilation fan tray with 2 or 4 fans (optional).
●Cabinet frame formed by 2 vertical frames, top and bottom cover;
●Static load rating of 500 Kg uniformly distributed;
●Adjustable 19” panel mounting angles at the front, compliant to IEC60297 norms (optional at the rear);
●19” side reducing cable channel (800 mm cabinet width) for vertical cable management designed to support cable management accessories;
●Plain top cover provided with 2 cable entry areas with cover plate (1 plain and 1 vented) or alternatively allowing the fixing of 2 or 4 “zero U” fans fan tray;
●Front metal framed glass door, removable rear panel. Metal plain rear door, single or double on request;
●Easily removable side panels with security external locks;
●Bottom cover provided with 2 cable entry areas with cover plate (1 plain and 1 vented) for an easy entry of the cables. Cover plate with cable entry brush as optional;
●Adjustable feet;
●Castors with 80 Kg or 115 Kg load rate as optional;
●Additional bay version settled for bayed cabinets;
●Ready to install earth continuity kit according to EN60950 norms.
