The 6400SP provides process validation and is calibratable for compliance with ISO 11607 and CE requirements. Integrated password protected recipes and alarms, digital process control, and high-speed PLC with high resolution LCD touchscreen HMI, provides the confidence all process parameters are maintained seal-to-seal. Accu-Seal heat sealers are designed to meet Cleanroom packaging requirements for sealing a variety of pre-made pouch materials. External verification ports offer ease of calibration.
