●CHEMICAL DESCRIPTION
▲Apcotex TX1350 is specialty Pure Acrylic, high performance, High water resistance APEO free &Formaldehyde free emulsion designed for textile coating application.
▲It is manufactured by employing state-of-the-art emulsion polymerization technology using DCS Control ensuring product consistency
●APPLICATIONS/ADVANTAGES
▲High performance, UV resistance, eco-friendly,high water retardancy.
▲The emulsion polymer has very low level of coagulation.
▲It is prepared by using the reactive surfactant which imparts very good mechanical stability It has very low foam during polymerization and after polymerization.
▲It provides excellent water resistance property to the film
●SALIENT FEATURES
▲Alkyl phenol free.
▲Formaldehyde free.
▲High water resistance.
▲High gloss and high scrub resistance.
▲Excellent storage stability.
●SAFETY AND HANDLING
▲General safety precautions such as goggles, gloves and face shields should be used while handling. (Refer MSDS for detail information)
●STORAGE RECOMMENDATIONS
▲Store between temperatures of + 5°c and 40°C
▲Keep containers closed when not in use.
▲Shelf-life:Six months from the date of manufacturing provided stored under shade, away from direct heat and sunlight, and well protected from freezing.
▲Packing: 200 Kg HDPE Drums.
