MS2583/MS2583M Low Dissipation, 5Mbps, RS-422 Interface Circuit
■The MS2583/MS2583M is a RS-422 communication interface circuit, which is featured by low dissipation, 5Mbps and high ESD capacity. In receiver mode, the dissipation is only about 0.3mA. The electrostatic discharge (ESD) in A/B terminal can be up to ±15kV and no self-excited phenomenon. When circuit temperature is too high due to high current caused by shorted output, the internal thermal shutdown circuit operates and disables output to enter high impedance state.
