NEX-PROBETESTER2 Tektronix TLA Probe Tester
●Quickly test all Tektronix TLA5000/600/700 General Purpose, Mictor, and Compression probes.
●Activity Mode allows quick testing of a single probe via the TLA’s Activity Indicator window.
●Acquisition Mode allows for quick testing of multiple probes of the same type by inspecting TLA acquisitions.
●Testing is simple and easily verifiable. A high signal is walked across 16 normally low channels and a low is walked across 16 normally high channels. The clock/qualifier lines are inverted to one another and are center aligned in the valid data window.
●Probes supported include:
■P6434 34-channel High-Density Mictor Probe
■P6417 17-channel General Purpose probe: single-ended
■P6418 17-channel General Purpose probe: single-ended
■P6419 17-channel Compression Probe: single-ended
■P6810 34-channel General Purpose probe: single-ended or differential
■P6860 17-channel Compression Probe: single-ended
■P6880 17-channel Compression Probe: differential
■P6960 34-channel D-Max High-Density Connectorless: single-ended
■P6980 34-channel D-Max High-Density Connectorless: differential
