■We are delighted to inform you that ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Electronic Systems meets the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH Regulation; Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals).
■Based on the information provided to us by our suppliers, we confirm that the products shown on the https://switches-sensors.zf.com website, do not contain any SVHCs (substances of very high concern) in terms of Article Art 57 of the REACH Regulation with a mass percentage greater than 0.1 %. We regularly compare these concentrations with the ECHA candidate lists (http://echa.europa.eu/de/candidate-list- table) and the List of Substances Subject to Authorization, Annex XIV of the REACH Regulation. If SVHCs are present in our products at a mass percentage level greater than 0.1 %, we will inform you immediately in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH Regulation.
■In providing this declaration of conformity, we also confirm that the substances contained in our products meet the stipulations of Annex XVII of the REACH Regulation.
■This declaration exclusively applies to ZF Electronic Systems and not to ZF Friedrichshafen AG as a whole.
