LM321 1MHZ High Voltage Bipolar Opamp
●The LM321 have a high gain-bandwidth product of 1MHz, a slew rate of 0.4V/μs, and a quiescent current of 0.7 μA amplifier at 5 V. The LM321 is designed to provide optimal performance in low voltage and low noise systems maximum input offset voltage is 5mV for LM321. The operating rang is from 3V to 30V. The LM321 single is available in Green SOT23-5 package.
