Bridgetek Non IC REACH Statement (BRT_000114)
▄BRT supports the aim of REACH in improving the protection of human health and the environment through the better and earlier identification of the intrinsic properties of chemical substances. BRT will meet all REACH requirements, where applicable, and is committed to provide our customers with information concerning the material content of BRT Non IC products in accordance with any relevant REACH requirements.
▄As a manufacturer of “articles” which do not intentionally release chemical substances, BRT, Non IC products and packaging are not subject to the REACH registration requirements.
▄BRT are not involved in the manufacture of any chemicals. It is the legal responsibility of BRT’s material suppliers to ensure the chemicals used in the manufacture of any BRT Non IC products are registered with the European Chemical Agency (ECHA).
▄Where applicable, BRT are currently REACH compliant and are constantly reviewing any legislation changes.
▄BRT have reviewed their material suppliers. None of the materials contain any of the 223 currently listed Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) at a concentration exceeding 0.1% weight by weight (w/w) published by European Chemical Agency (ECHA) on 17th January 2022 regarding regulation (EC) No 1907/2006. This is inclusive of compliance with REACH Annex XIV (Authorization List) and REACH Annex XVII (Restricted Substance List).
