Annex XVII of the Russia Embargo Regulation

●We hereby confirm that we are bound by the applicable legal provisions of EU law on sanctions against Russia and Belarus - in particular Regulation (EU) No. 833/2014, Regulation (EU) No. 269/2014 and Regulation (EU)No. 765/2006 including the respectrve amending regulation.
●This also includes the requirement of the so-called 11th sanctions package, which was published in the Official Journal of the EU L 159 I of 23 06 2023, according to which the import and purchase of certain steel products from third countries that have been processed using steel originating in Russia is prohibited from 30 09.2023.
●We hereby confirm to the best of our knowledge and belief that ourgoods
■Do not originate from Russia,
■Do not originate from Belarus,
■Do not originate in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea,
■Do not originate in the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Luhansk,
▲and that the transport does not violate EU sanctions
