●Description of Change
■Silicon Labs is pleased to announce the successful qualification of King Long Technology Limited (KLT) as an additional probe site for EFM8BB1/2/3 automotive parts.
■King Long Technology Limited (KLT) is an existing test supplier for Silicon Labs, certified and registered to ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF 16949.
■The new probe site address for KLT is:
▼King Long Technology Limited (KLT), No. 183, Fang Zhou Road, Suzhou Industrial Park, China
■Upon effective date of this PCN, Silicon Labs will consider King Long Technology Limited (KLT) as qualified probe site for these product families.
●Reason for Change
■Probe and test capacity expansion for continuity of supply
●Impact on Form, Fit, Function, Quality, Reliability
■There is no impact on form, fit, function, quality, and reliability. The devices probed at KLT will comply with Silicon Labs’ relevant datasheets and quality levels.
