●Context
■The European Directives WEEE (Directive 2002/96/EC on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) and RoHS (Directive 2002/95/EC on the Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment) became European law on February 13, 2003. Member states of the European Union have to convert this directive into national law by August 13, 2004. The directive declares that by July 1, 2006, new electrical and electronic equipment placed on the market does not contain any of the restricted hazardous materials identified in the legislation. It has been replaced by EU Directive 2011/65/EU and amended by 2015/863/EU.
■Cologne Chip AG hereby declares that products indicated below are in full compliance with EU Directive 2011/65/EU in conjunction with 2015/863/EU with respect to the following substances:
