Keysight Technologies Statement on Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directives

■Keysight Technologies, Inc. has a Quality Policy which includes a commitment to ensure that all of our products and solutions comply with applicable safety and regulatory requirements. In application of this policy, Keysight manages an extensive program to eliminate potentially harmful materials in its products while ensuring high product quality and reliability. The majority of Keysight products meet the EU RoHS Directive Substance Restrictions. A few products were not converted; these products are noted on their product webpages and are not sold to countries that enforce EU regulations.
■The European Union Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive 2011/65/EU, and all amendments, restricts the use of ten substances in electrical and electronic products: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs), Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs), Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) and Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP). EU RoHS exemptions are applied as appropriate. Keysight products are classified within the EU RoHS Directive category list as Industrial Monitoring and Control Equipment (category 9).
