METZ CONNECT REACh Statement
●METZ CONNECT is a manufacturer of products and not of substances or preparations. Therefore METZ CONNECT fulfils the role of a "downstream user" pursuant to Art.3 para. 13.
●As a downstream user, METZ CONNECT receives its information on the substances contained primarily from its upstream suppliers. According to statements made by our suppliers, the current state of knowledge is as follows:
■our products do not contain any of the substances subject to authorisation according to Annex XIV of the SVHC candidate list that exceed the permissible limits;
■our products do not contain any substances according to Annex XVII of the SVHC candidate list above the limit values mentioned there, for which a restriction exists in the respective application.
■On 17.01.2023, the ECHA SVHC candidate list was updated by 9 additional substances. According to our suppliers, the newly added substances are not present in our products. Some of our products may contain SVHC substances. If you have any questions about this, please contact our team (rohs@metz- connect.com) quoting the article number.
