●This document certifies that the commercial product(s) as stated below and supplied by KYOCERA AVX Components (Biddeford) Corporation are in full compliance with Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 8, 2011, and Commission Delegated Directive (EU) 2015/863 of March 31, 2015, on the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. Certification includes subsequent exemptions, decisions, and amendments, inasmuch as these products may contain lead, mercury, hexavalent chromium, PBB, PBDE, DEHP, BBP, DBP, and/or DIBP at concentrations<0.1% by weight and cadmium at concentrations <0.01% by weight in all homogenous materials except where exempt from the RoHS Directive.
