SSG6000A Signal Generator User Manual
■The SIGLENT SSG6000A series is a bench top RF signal source, with an output frequency range from 100 kHz to 40 GHz. It features light weight, small size, and convenient interface make it ideal for R&D, education, production and maintenance.

■Frequency ranges from 100 kHz up to 13.6 GHz/ 20 GHz/ 40 GHz
■0.01 Hz frequency resolution
■Level output up to +24 dBm.
■Level accuracy ≤ 0.7 dB(typ.)
■Phase noise < -135 dBc/Hz @1 GHz, offset 20 kHz(typ.)
■Standard AM analog modulation with internal, external and Int+Ext source
■Pulse modulation(option), on/off ratio ≥70 dBc (typ.)
■Pulse train generator(option)
■USB-power meter measurement
■Web remote control is supported, which is convenient for users to control devices remotely
■Equipped with a 5-inch (800x480) with display and a capacitive touch screen for easy and convenient operation.
■Rich communication interfaces. Standard USB-Host, USB Device (USB-TMC), LAN (VXI-11, Socket, Telnet), optional GPIB
