MM32F5 Product Series New core, New architecture, “STAR” platform
■MM32F5 is the latest high-performance MCU series launched by MindMotion. It is designed with improved CPU performance, memory capacity, bus architecture and peripheral configurations compared to the existing MM32F0/F3 and is targeted at covering the industrial, automotive and IoT applications with higher performance requirements. The whole MM32F5 series is equipped with Arm "STAR" processor. Based on the leading Armv8-M architecture and the integration of DSP and FPU, its performance can be up to 4.02 Core- Mark/MHz. The first to be launched MM32F5270 and MM32F5280, based on the newly developed "STAR" platform from MindMotion, integrate with up to 2.25MB Flash, 192KB RAM, interconnected matrix MindSwitch, trigonometric acceleration unit, CORDIC, QSPI interface, dual FlexCAN interface and Ethernet interface for the first time. These have fully enriched MindMotion's product portfolio.
