●Description
■ The BL24C512AA0 is a 512-Kbit serial EEPROM Automotive grade device operating up to 125 °C. The BL24C512AA0 is compliant with the very high level of reliability defined by the Automotive standard AEC-Q100 grade 1.
■The BL24C512AA0 provides 524288 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), organized as 65536 words of 8 bits each.
■ The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low-power and low-voltage operation are essential.
■The BL24C512AA0 offers an additional page, named the Identification Page (128 bytes). The Identification Page can be used to store sensitive application parameters which can be (later) permanently locked in Read-only mode.
