Note on Using Real-Time OS RI600V4 for RX Family
When using the real-time OS for the RX family of MCUs RI600V4, take note of the following problem:
•With using task analyzer tool for RI600V4
Description:
The two problems described below arise when the versions of the product concerned supported by CubeSuite+ is used.(1) When the debugger is in the trace mode and in the state of "Takes in long-statistics by software trace mode.",the message saying "An unexpected exception occurred." sometimes appears after execution of the debugger is stopped, so the information obtained is not displayed.
Example:
This problem occurs when the number of tasks being generated is the lowest vector number minus 9 or greater among the interrupts used by an application.
For example, if CM10 is the interrupt having the lowest vector number among the interrupts used by an application, the problem occurs when "28 - 9 =19" or more tasks are generated as CM10 has the vector number 28.
Note that vector numbers 0 to 8 are allocated to RI600V4 (reserved for RI600V4), so values where 9 is subtracted from the lowest vector number are always zero or positive numbers.
(2) When the mouse cursor is held over a button on the task analyzer panel for a certain period of time, the help menu for the button might disappear soon after it has been displayed for only a short time.
Example:
The problem might arise when the mouse cursor is stopped over a button while the task analyzer panel is docked.
