●OPTEK Technology has identified the need to provide sufficient information on substances included in Annex XIV of the EC 1907/2006 REACH Regulation known as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)
●OPTEK’s compliance program to date has not identified any substances from the SVHC candidate list issued on June 14 2023 (235 substances) that are intentionally added to all products built the above referenced product and in excess of the published tonnage limits.
