●JONES Thermal Gel 21-321 is a one-part curable thermal gel, based on silicone substrate,for thermal gap filling application. It is very soft and has good shape retention performance.
●JONES Thermal Gel 21-321 starts curing at 60°C with surface tack-free in 48 hours. Generally, about fully cured physical properties could be achieved within 30 minutes at 85°C heating for acceleration.
