●For affixing battery elements inside plastic casings.
■Characteristics/ Directions for Use
●High heat resistance, resistant to battery acid. Good resistance to oxidation and colour stability in the melt.
●Processing on automatic units and with hand guns with nozzle applicators.
●Processing temperature [°C]: 170 – 190
●Appearance: colourless
●Density at 20 °C [g/cm³]: approx. 0.87 ± 0.02 (Jowat test method)
●Softening range [°C]: approx. 115 ± 5 (Kofler bench)
●Open time at 190 °C* [s]: approx. 20 ± 2 (Jowat test method)
●Jowat-Toptherm® 265.00 has a limited thermal stability. If no hot melt is processed, the processing temperature of all heated components should be reduced by 20 °C.
