●These counterfeits are being manufactured by third parties without our authorization, and therefore we obviously do not assure their quality. The use of such counterfeits may result in failures or defects in the operation and it may cause serious accidents such as crash of model airplanes.
●Futaba Corporation is not responsible for any accidents, damages or other losses resulting from the purchase or use of such counterfeit products. We appreciate your understanding.
●Therefore, we ask all our customers to be careful not to purchase counterfeit products. When you intend to purchase our products, please be sure to do so from authentic distributors to avoid any mistaken purchase or use of counterfeit products.
●Please feel free to contact us if you find any counterfeit or other suspicious products, or if you have any questions at all about purchased products.
●Currently, the counterfeit products have only been found in East Asian countries, but we highly recommend our customers in other countries or regions to be careful as well.
●We are very concerned about our customers' safety and property, and will never tolerate malicious counterfeiting that infringes on your rights and interests. Regarding the counterfeiting of our RC Aircraft Receivers, we have taken appropriate legal action against the manufacturers and sellers involved.
●We at Futaba Corporation will continue to take decisive steps, including legal action and market research, toward eliminating counterfeit products from the market for our customers’ safety and security. If we find any more counterfeit products, we will take legal action based on our industrial property rights (including written warnings, administrative raids, criminal prosecution and civil litigation) against those who manufacture, import or sell such products.
