UEM5Z3-250 SMART MOULDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER(SMART MCCB)
●Scope of Application
■UEM5Z3-250 smart MCCB is a new type of product composed of sensors, microelectronics, computers, and communication technology based on traditional MCCB. It is suitable for low-voltage power grids with AC 50Hz, setting current of 40A to 250A, rated insulation voltage of 800V, and a rated operational voltage up to 400V. It has protection functions such as overload long time delay, short circuit short time delay, short circuit instantaneous, overvoltage/undervoltage, phase loss, terminal over temperature, etc. It also has monitoring functions for electrical parameters such as current, voltage, power, electricity, frequency, and power factor. It is widely used in various places such as smart power distribution, smart communities, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. It can be equipped with auxiliary alarm contacts, shunt releases, electric operating mechanisms, and other accessories.
●Product characteristics
■Mutiple functions:With multiple functions such as overload, short circuit short delay, short circuit instantaneous protection, overvoltage/undervoltage protection, phase loss protection, terminal over temperature, remote tripping, electrical parameter measurement, fault analysis and recording, fault alarm, and RS485 communication.
■Compact size: TThe high combination of mechanical releases, operating mechanisms, sensors, and electronic components makes the product compact in structure and concise in appearance.
■Safety: Overload, overvoltage, undervoltage, phase loss, overtemperature and other protection parameters can be set for refined protection; short circuit backup protection adopts mechanical protection, fast action and stable breaking.
■Intelligentization: Remote multiple type information collection and multiple scheme control meet the needs of the Internet of Things and energy monitoring.
■High reliability:The plastic base is made of thermosetting composite material, with good arc resistance, insulation, and tempera- ture resistance; the operating mechanism adopts mature MCCB mechanism, which is stable and reliable. The electronic circuit board adopts anti-interference design to meet EMC requirements.
■Easy installation:Same volume as the ordinary breaker, convenient for installation and replacement; RS485 communication adopts terminal wiring, and there are various communication cables,gateways, and other accessories to select from.
