●MAGNETEC Gesellschaft für Magnettechnologie (furthermore: Group) hereby declares that all products manufactured and sold by the Group are in compliance with the requirements arising from regulation (EC) Nr. 1907/2006 covering Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
●The products what the Group supplies are solely non-chemical ones and do not contain any of listed substances detailed in the latest publication of Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
●We will immediately inform you corresponding REACH article 33 if the concentration of any substance content in our goods will be classified 'alarming' by the ECHA, however we do not expect such an incidence.
●The Group is committed to continuously monitor and comply with the European Union Directives to be published in the future with regards to restriction or limitation of usage of components and/or substances.
