Rogers Corporation Proactively Risk Reducing the Supply Chain for our RO3000® Product Line
●Over the past year, Rogers Corporation's Advanced Electronic Solutions has collaborated with multiple PTFE resin suppliers to enhance our supply chain resilience and ensure a sustained and reliable source of materials for our valued customers.
●During this same time, we have had a supplier exit the business which will lead to a PTFE supplier change for the grades listed below.

■RO3003™ AR version
■RO3035™
■RO3203™
■RO3006™
■RO3206™
■RO3010™
■RO3210™
▲Please note RO3003G2™ is NOT IMPACTED
●Rogers will actively transition RO3000® laminate customers beginning September 2023 with RO3010™. The complete transition is expected to be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2024.
●Rogers Corporation has tested all RO3000® laminates listed above (manufactured using new suppliers PTFE resin) side by side with our existing RO3000® laminates (manufactured using current suppliers PTFE resin).
●Our internal qualification work included a comprehensive evaluation of manufacturability, mechanical and electrical properties. For the properties tested, our analyses indicated no significant differences between the PTFE resins used in our RO3000® laminate versions.
●A comparison report is available upon request. As always, we recommend that the suitability of a particular product for a specific application be determined by the user.
●A reasonable quantity of no-charge samples will be available should you choose to perform your own evaluations.
