RS1G17-Q1 Single Schmitt-Trigger buffer

2023-05-18
■DESCRIPTION:
●The RS1G17-Q1 Single Schmitt-trigger buffer is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation.
●The RS1G17-Q1 device contains one buffer and performs the Boolean function Y=A. The device functions as an independent buffer with Schmitt-trigger inputs, so the device has different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative going (VT-) signals to provide hysteresis (ΔVT) which makes the device tolerant to slow or noisy input signals.
●This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
●The RS1G17-Q1 is available in Green SOT353(SC70-5) packages. It operates over an ambient temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
