PRO-SHIELD® 7113 SILVER PLATED COPPER FILLED ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE EPOXY COATING
■Parker Chomerics PRO-SHIELD® 7113 is a silver plated copper filled electrically conductive epoxy coating.
■This epoxy coating provides great adhesion to a variety of substrates such as metals, plastics, and composites. It offers good mechanical and environmental stability for reliable EMI protection of electronic equipment.
■With its low cost silver plated copper filler, PRO-SHIELD 7113 is an effective way to reduce EMI issues in commercial applications.
●Product Features:
■Two component epoxy
■Silver/copper in color
■Pot life – 4 hrs at room temperature
■Cure – 168 hrs at room temperature or 4 hrs at room temperature followed by 1 hr at 125C (257F)
■Surface resistivity: < 0.25 ohm/sq
■Shielding effectiveness: 60+ dB
