AR0524P5K 4-Line Ultra Low Capacitance TVS Diode Array
●The AR0524P5K is an ultra low capacitance TVS array, utilizing leading monolithic silicon technology to provide fast response time and low ESD clamping voltage, making this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensitive high-speed data lines. The AR0524P5K complies with the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) with ±20kV air and ±15kV contact discharge. They are designed for easy PCB layout by allowing the traces to run straight through the device. The combination of small size, low capacitance, and high level of ESD protection makes them a flexible solution for applications such as HDMI, Display-Port™, MDDI, and eSATA interfaces.
