GSP01502AQ 12-16 GHz Power Amplifier
●A packaged linear power amplifier operates from 12 to 16 GHz with 27 dB gain, -50 dB IMD3 @ Pout=20 dBm SCL, 32 dBm typical output P1dB and 33 dBm saturated output power. The packaged amplifier comes in an industry standard, fully molded in 5mm x 5mm QFN package and is comprised of a three-stage power amplifier with an integrated temperature compensated on-chip power detector.
●The device includes on-chip ESD protection structures and DC by-pass capacitors to ease the implementation and volume assembly of the packaged part.
●The device is specifically designed for use in 13 GHz and 15 GHz point-to-point radios for cellular backhaul applications.
