KAYE LTR-25/140, LTR-40/140 AND HTR-400 DRY BLOCK CALIBRATOR ADVISORY NOTICE
●In order to offer customers the best instruments and continue as the industry standard, Kaye has spent the last two years developing and offering new dry block calibrators to replace the outdated units. The new LTR-150 and HTR-420 are now available and offer expanded functionality such as sensor capacity, efficiency, and performance.
●Based on the success and functionality of the new models and the issues mentioned above, we are announcing today that after Sept 15, 2021 we will discontinue the sale of the LTR-25/140, LTR-40/140 and HTR-400 models and only offer the alternate LTR-150 and HTR-420 models.
●We will offer extended support for services such as calibrations, parts and repairs as follows:
■ Repairs and Parts will be available until Dec 31, 2025
■ Repairs and Parts beyond 2025 will be based on parts availability
■ Calibrations will continue to be offered past Dec 31, 2025
