●典琦科技股份有限公司亦正或將致力於詳實調查供應鏈確保: 錫(Sn)、鉭(Ta)、鎢(W)、金 (Au)、鈷(Co)、鈀(Pd) 這類金屬並非透過無政府軍團或非法集團，由剛果民主共和國衝突區域之礦區開採或是循非法走私途徑取得。
●Comchip Technology Co.,Ltd is taking and will take due diligence within our supply chain to assure “DRC Conflict-Free” for the Minerals of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta),tungsten (W), cobalt(Co), tin (Sn) and Palladium (Pd) are not derived from or sourced from mines in conflict areas of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), or illegally taxed on trade routes, either of which are controlled by non-governmental military groups, or unlawful military factions.
●典琦科技股份有限公司特此制定「衝突礦物政策」，而且使以下承諾：
■不購買從衝突地區來的衝突礦物。
■要求我司的供應商，需管理其上游及下游供應商，必須要遵循無衝突礦物的要求。
■盡我司的最大努力對物料來源，拒絕使用從衝突地區來的衝突礦物並同意遵守
●Responsible Business Alliance(責任商業聯盟行為準則). Comchip Technology Co.,Ltd hereby formulated this Conflict Minerals Policy and makes following commitments:
■Not to purchase conflict minerals from mines in the Conflict Regions.
■Request its suppliers to notify their upstream/downstream suppliers to follow Minerals Conflict-Free requirements.
■Continue our industry leadership and we strive to find no conflicts As far as possible to obtain minerals from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and agree to abide by the Responsibility Business Alliance Code of Conduct
