■Are categorized as articles under current REACH legislation.
■Are not intended to release substances during normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.
■Do not contain any of the 219 SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) described by the ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) on July 8, 2021 at levels surpassing the threshold of 0.1% by weight.
■Do not contain any of the substances listed in the 54 entries subject to authorization of REACH Annex XIV as of February 7, 2020.
■Do not contain any of the substances listed in the 75 entries subject to authorization of REACH Annex XVII as of June 4, 2021. (Restrictions on the manufacture, placing on the market, and use of certain dangerous substances).
●TTM RF&S actively works with suppliers to ensure continued compliance with REACH legislation. Furthermore,TTM RF&S remains vigilant in monitoring the SVHC candidate list for new additions. Should a newly added SVHC candidate be found in any TTM RF&S product, TTM RF&S will work diligently to move this product to immediate compliance.
