Certificate of Compliance To RoHS 3, Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015 For Tri-Mag, LLC Products

●Tri-Mag, LLC hereby declares that all standard products as listed on the attached pages with noted exceptions are RoHS3 compliant as noted below in accordance with RoHS3, which is Directive (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015 and are manufactured in accordance with RoHS3 directive guidelines that restrict the use of hazardous substances in concentrations by weight in homogenous materials to the limits as stated below:
■Lead (0.1 %) Mercury (0.1 %) Cadmium (0.01 %) Hexavalent chromium (0.1 %) Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0.1 %) Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0.1 %) Bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (0.1 %) Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) (0.1 %) Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (0.1 %) Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (0.1 %) .
■We claim the following leaded alloy exemptions which may or may not apply to your products: Annex III, 6(a), 6(b), 6(c): .35% in Steel, 0.4% in Aluminum and 0.4% in Copper. RoHS evaluations is limited to supplier certifications and in-house processing changes to meet established limits.
●All other standard and custom products are available as RoHS compliant upon request. Part numbers have not been changed. All products are presently compatible with 260C lead-free processing.
●RoHS evaluations are limited to supplier certifications and in-house processing changes to meet established limits.
●Please note that analysis of the raw materials and/or finished goods for presence of the above mentioned substances on a routine basis is neither a part of our quality control plan, nor is it a part of the product specifications, and hence it should not be construed as any warranty, expressed or implied.
●Any product not specifically identified as "RoHS compliant" is either non-compliant or of unknown status, and therefore is not certified to be RoHS compliant. We have obtained and will continue to obtain Certificates of Compliance from our supplier base. Because some information is provided by sources outside of Curtis Industries and Tri-Mag, LLC, we make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of such outside information.
●A Certificate of Compliance indicating RoHS may also be requested for each shipment.
