Due to availability of this material, Aavid-Thermalloy can no longer offer this product. Aavid-Thermalloy offers a RoHS compliant version of this product with nearly identical form, fit and function as follows:
●Customer Impact: The thermal interface material used in the replacement part number is manufactured without the banned fire retardant. All thermal and mechanical properties remain unchanged. If fire rating is critical to your design, please contact us. We can help find a solution to meet all of your requirements.
