●Description of the Change: In an effort to make our product line more compatible with regulatory and environmental guidelines, we are changing the volume manufacturing process for the above products to make them RoHS compliant with Aavid Thermalloy specification RoHS 9000.
■The current version of this product is finished with a solderable tin-lead coating. The RoHS compliant version will have a 100% matte tin finish per ASTM B545 wiith a nickel under-plate barrier of 1.9 to 3.8 um. Product being built using this new finish process is identified with a "G" suffix at the end of the part# as show above in Products Affected.
